Etsy doesn’t allow the use of HTML in shops, which is generally a good thing because it keeps the site very uniform and clean-looking. The only time it’s an annoyance is when you’re trying to link to other pages or listings; the links are just text, which you have to copy and paste to your address bar. There have been times where I’ve seen active links on other people’s shops, and it drove me up the wall that I couldn’t get it to work. Someone on the forums mentioned a Firefox add-on called Linkification, which converts the text to an active, clickable link. So cool! So handy! I’m in love. I wish everyone had it so that my shop would be more efficient to people other than me.
